In this Ceremony you will be held with the unique alchemy of Rebirthing Breathwork, Movement Medicine and Live Music. You will be supported to release anything that no longer serves you, and open to insights, healing and transformation.
Benjamin is a Breathwork and Embodiment coach known for holding space with sensitivity, humility and wisdom. Eliza is a medicine singer: ‘she was singing harmonics on wavelengths that remember being born as ancient stars.’
