
Family Acroyoga workshop
Acroyoga combines yoga with acrobatics, it helps to improve balance, to build strength and confidence. It’s a partner work including three roles: the base (the person who’s in contact with the ground) usually a parent/carer, the flyer (the person who’s lifted off the ground by the base) usually the kid, and the spotter (the person in charge of the safety of the flyer) usually an other parent/carer or the teacher. It’s a fun activity to practise and share as a family. One hour workshop: -warm ups -acroyoga sequences -stretching -relaxation Suitable for children 6-12yrs old, under 6 we can adapt
