Accessibility

Medicine is committed to creating a gathering that is as welcoming and accessible as possible for disabled, neurodivergent, deaf, and chronically ill members of our community.

We recognise that accessibility is an ongoing practice of listening, learning, and improving. Whilst Medicine takes place within a natural outdoor environment, we continue to develop the support, infrastructure, and services available across the gathering each year. Below is the accessibility information currently available for the Medicine gathering.

  • ACCESSIBILITY HUB

We provide a dedicated Accessibility Hub – a campsite and support area for attendees who require additional assistance. The Hub has a fixed physical capacity, determined by the infrastructure and safety requirements of our temporary event site. For 2026, the Hub has reached its capacity. We are not able to accept further applications at this time. This decision applies equally to all applicants and is based solely on the operational limits of the space, not on the nature or severity of any individual’s disability’.

The following accessibility services are currently listed as available at Medicine:

  • Accessibility aid charging points (In Accessibility Camp)
  • Fridges for medications (In Accessibility Camp)
