Alnoor Ladha – A Journey Into the Heart of Sacred Activism
In this interactive discussion, Alnoor will lead us through a journey into the heart of sacred activism. What does it mean to be an activist in times like these? What does it require? Do we need to do anything at all? What is the role of our inner work? How can we re-imagine activism? These are just some of the issues that will be touched upon in this discussion. Alnoor’s work focuses on the intersection of political organising, systems thinking and narrative work. He was the co-founder and Executive Director of The Rules (TR), a global network of activists, organisers, designers, coders, researchers, writers and others, focused on changing the rules that create inequality, poverty and climate change. TR started in 2012 as a time-bound project and an experiment in anarchist organisational design, exploring new ways of how to work, play and make trouble together.
Bruce Parry & Jerome Lewis – Indigenous Wisdom addressing current challenges
Wisdom traditions hold many of the answers to our most pressing problems concerning the climate crisis and environmental protection. It is time to consider them at the global-scale. This Sunday (May 10th) Bruce Parry (of BBC’s Tribe) will be in conversation with Jerome Lewis (Founder of Flourishing Diversity) to discuss what we can learn from the Indigenous peoples of today and our own indigenous past, especially in relation to the current pandemic and the crossroads humanity finds itself at. They will explore ways we can vision a new future rather than being caught in the reactive story of the past.
Dennis McKenna & Ben De Loenen – The Future of Plant Medicine and its Role in Society
In this session we look at why plant medicines are important and explore how we can combine indigenous and western perspectives on plant medicine to revolutionise the way we approach mental health. We’re joined by ethnopharmacologist, lecturer and author – Dennis Mckenna, He has authored numerous scientific articles and books, including co-author of “The Invisible Landscape” with his brother Terence McKenna.
Joining him and hosting the session will be Benjamin De Loenen, Founder and Executive Director of ICEERS (International Center for Ethnobotanical Education, Research and Service) an international non-profit organization dedicated to transforming society’s relationship with psychoactive plants. Benjamin is a filmmaker who made Ibogaine Rite of Passage as his graduation project and Ayahuasca Reframed.

Patrick Holford – Medicine & Immunity in the face of COVID-19
This current pandemic has reached deep into our daily lives – for many, our existing ways of being have been interrupted, forcing us to reflect on our patterns, habits and how we treat our bodies. Our health has become (even more) of crucial importance and we are seeking tools and methods to optimise our physical wellbeing and boost our immunity in the limited, and often stressful conditions we currently operate within. On Thursday we bring together three experts in the health field to share their wisdom on how we can best look after ourselves in these difficult times.
Burgs – A Pathway Back to Integrity
The pathway back to integrity. How should we be responding to what’s happening now? When life is governed by the wilful pursuit of our desire it is a certainty that consciousness degenerates and life degenerates with it. How, in a time of uncertainty, can we surrender our personal will to align to a higher intelligence behind our lives and so come to a deeper understanding of the true nature of Love?
