In August 2028, we gather again for five days of celebration, connection, ceremony, music, movement and all that unfolds when the Medicine community comes together.
However you make your way to us, the journey is part of the gathering. We invite you to travel with care, share the road where you can and begin connecting with fellow travellers before you even reach the gates.
We’ll be sharing our location and everything you need to plan your journey in plenty of time for Medicine 2028.

GETTING THERE
Our UK home for Medicine 2028 will be announced in time, alongside all the information you’ll need to make your way to us.
As we move closer to the gathering, this page will become your home for travel information – from public transport and arrival guidance to coaches, shuttles and shared journeys.

TRAVEL TOGETHER
How we journey to Medicine matters.
Wherever possible, we encourage our community to choose public transport, share lifts and travel together. Fewer individual journeys mean a lighter collective footprint, and travelling together is also a beautiful way to begin the experience.

COACHES
We plan to once again offer dedicated coach travel for Medicine 2028, helping make the journey simple, accessible and a little lighter on the Earth.
There’s something special about arriving together. Our coaches offer the chance to leave the driving behind and begin your Medicine journey alongside fellow travellers.

SHUTTLE BUS
We plan to once again offer dedicated festival shuttle services for Medicine 2028, helping connect those arriving by public transport with the festival.

BY TRAIN
We hope to make travelling to Medicine by public transport as simple as possible and will share recommended train routes and nearby stations once our 2028 location is announced.
We plan to once again offer connections between local transport links and the festival, so those choosing to leave the car at home can make the final part of their journey with ease.

RIDESHARE
If you’re planning to drive to Medicine, we encourage you to fill the empty seats in your car and share the journey with others heading in the same direction.
For 2028, we plan to once again create a way for our community to connect and arrange shared journeys to the gathering.
Car sharing helps reduce the number of vehicles travelling to Medicine, lowers our collective footprint and gives you the chance to begin connecting before you even arrive.
And you never know who you might meet along the way.
