Our Healing Field will leave you Feeling Healed…Achieving mental, physical and emotional wellbeing can seem overwhelming at times in the midst of the chaos and stress of our modern day lives. Medicine is an opportunity to learn more about how to find balanced personal wellbeing.
Dancing and movement workshops will include yoga, ecstatic dance, embodiment practices and martial arts. Practical sessions will go in-depth with topics such as mindfulness, Laughter yoga, meditation, Fooling, Shamanic healing, Forest Bathing, Vision Questing, flow states, neuroscience, and nutrition.
Medicine will also be hosting expert wellbeing practitioners for private or small group sessions in modalities such as sound healing, breath work, and bodywork.
We are fortunate to be in the surrounds of the most beautiful and tranquil woodland, lakes and parkland where you will be able to take walks, swim and adventure.
