Yin yoga is a floor based slow yoga practice that encourages the release of connective tissues in a meditative way through the breath and quietening of one’s mind. Ling will guide you through a heart opening and shoulder releasing practice guided by a selection of Soundscape tools from Himalayan Singing Bowls, chimes, gong, drum and tingshas to focus your mind and feel into your body & breath. Helpful to bring a strap like a yoga belt, sarong, cotton belt or hand towel to help improve shoulder mobility and release tension. Suitable for all levels and abilities.
